1. Strategy Session
A free strategy session where we talk about your goals. I’ll recommend a few solutions and from there give you an estimate, or point you in the right direction for next steps.
2. Website Audit
I’ll look closely at your site analytics, user flows, product pages—every detail of your site. I’ll compile hard data, and determine subjective influences that your site has on users.
3. User Experience Report
You’ll receive a detailed report detailing every found issue and recommendations for each one. We’ll discuss the report in a call to answer any questions and point you in the right direction.
4. Follow up
We’ll reconnect between three and six months after the report to check in on implementation.
